For the needs of our first steering committee meeting we consider hiring a translator, because it appeared that some of the important participants from the prison system are not fluent in English. We don`t have a budget for translator for this meeting, but we would save the budget for hall rent (300 BGN), because the meeting will take place in the premises of the Ministry of Justice. Can we use these saved funds to pay to a translator?

Taking into account that the amount of the budget line will not change SIB allows you to amend in Annex B.1.5 Cost for services the names of the budget lines 1.1 from “1st SC meeting room rent” and 1.2 from “2nd SC meeting room rent” into 1.1 “1st SC meeting room rent and/or interpretation services” and 1.2. “2nd SC meeting room rent and/or interpretation services”, respectively. Please take into account the new names of these budget lines when reporting.
